All are aware that the EVMs could be tampered hence it
is needed to be totally replaced with fool proof voting system. The ex
CJI Sadasivam had committed a grave error of judgement by ordering them
to be replaced in phases as requested by the ex CEC Sampath because of
the cost of Rs. 1600 crore involved to replace them totally. Therefore
the EC has to ensure that a fool proof voting system is available for
the BBMP elections. And the source code of the EVM has to be made public
to save democracy, equality, fraternity and liberty as enshrined in the
Constitution.
