Demonetisation: Murderer of democratic institutions ( Modi ) have to be summoned by CJI if RBI’s reply not satisfactory
A PAC meeting on this issue has been called on January 20th, in which
the RBI Governor Urjit Patel, Finance Secretary Ashok Lavasa and
Economic Affairs Secretary Shaktikanta Das will be present.
“We
have not yet received answers for the questions we sent them. They will
reply a few days before the meeting on January 20. Their replies will be
discussed in detail,” PAC Chairman and senior Congress leader KV Thomas
told PTI.
CJI must dissolve the Modi’s government and all the
state governments selected by the fraud EVMs and go for fresh polls with
paper ballots till the entire EVMs were replaced.
The present CEC said that the entire EVMs will be replaced only in 2019.
The ex CJI had committed a grave error of judgement by ordering that
the EVMs to be replaced in a phased manner as suggested by the ex CEC
Sampath because of the cost of Rs 1600 crores involved in replacing the
entire EVMs. Only 8 out of 543 seats of 2014 Lok Sabha seats were
replaced. Modi gobbled the Master Key. Now in UP assembly elections only
in 20 constituencies the EVMs are being replaced. By and large all the
states are selected by these EVMs causing great causing irrepairable
damage to Democracy.
Ms Mayawti’s BSP won majority of the seats
in UP Panchayat elections with paper ballots while it lost in the Lok
sabha elections because of these fraud EVMs.
the dreaded DEMONisation is the effect of Modi’s selection by the fraud EVMs.
Action must be taken on him for his mental imbalance and be referred to
mental asylum and treated with Vipassana Medition till he is fully
cured along with his friends who support him.

Demonetisation: 10 big revelations from RBI’s note to Parliament panel
RBI said the Rs 2000 note was chosen in view of the inflation and to manage currency logistics.
The Reserve Bank of India (RBI) in its reply to the Parliament panel on
demonetisation has said the decision to ban Rs 500 and Rs 1000 notes
was a joint decision between the central bank and the government.
In details available exclusively with India Today TV, the RBI also said it considered prinitng Rs 5000 and Rs 10,000 notes.
HERE ARE THE 10 BIG REVELATIONS
RBI says demonetisation of high-value notes was a ‘joint decision’ between Modi and the central bank.
Demonetisation’s primary objective was to crack down on counterfeit notes.
RBI mooted introducing 5000 & 10,000 rupee notes as early as October, 2014 - a few months after Modi came to power.
RBI said the Rs 2000 note was chosen in view of the inflation and to manage currency logistics.
On why Rs 2000 note was not introduced in a phased manner, the RBI
said the new design will ‘catch the fancy of the public’.
Asked when the printing of new currency notes started, the bank said: June 2016.
On what led to the final decision on demonetisation, the RBI said new currency had reached critical minimum stock.
The RBI said it had weighed in the cash crisis and understood that it might not be possible to replace notes fully.
The RBI considered digital payment option to take a part of the cash crunch load.
The RBI claims demonetisation had no impact on its balance sheet.

Prasad
First of all, as per the Hindu. RBI said to the pannel that it
recommended DeMo exercise should carried fwd only when the new notes
were printed to critical level. As of Nov 8, it has only 96000 crores in
new notes which is insane. How did this govt in a day decide that it
was okay to go with it. Where were the months of planning that was
supposed to have gone with this excerise? They are not even releasing
the cash returned as of Dec 30th. The whole excerise as per a economic
tink tank would cost around 60000 crores to banks and govt. let’s not
forget 100 plus unfortunate deaths and distress faced by farmers to sell
their crops! MODI and his cult followers over played their hand.
Ravi
The RSS ideologue Mr. Gurumurthy has been crying hoarse about how the
number of the high denomination 500 and 1000 Rs notes went up during the
UPA regime and this in turn made hoarding black money easier. I wonder
what he would say if he comes to know that the present government even
considered introducing Rs 5000 and 10,000 notes and finally settled on
Rs. 2000!!!
George Soney
Present RBI Governor took over
on 06-Sept and his signature appears on 2000 note then how can RBI say
that printing started in Jun 2016 ??!!
Raj
“On why Rs 2000 note was not introduced in a phased manner, the RBI said the new design will ‘catch the fancy of the public’.”
The answer doesn’t really address the question, does it?
That is the chitpawan brahminical tricky way of answering questions!
How can 2000 notes with urjit Patel’s signature were printed from June2017?
He has signed as gov of RBI.

Measures to Discourage Large Cash Use on Cards
Proposal to levy tax on withdrawals from bank accounts above a ceiling being weighed
Among many proposals to incentivise digital transactions, a ‘cash tax’
is being considered by the government. If the proposal is cleared, it
may figure in the February01, 2017 budget.
The government is
weighing the pros and cons of the proposal, which could be a tweaked
form of the earlier banking cash transaction tax under the United
Progressive Alliance government, under which tax will be levied on cash
withdrawals above a certain ceiling from bank accounts, a government
official familiar with deliberations on this matter said.
“A number of steps are under discussion,” the official said.
The aim of the new tax is to shrink the scope of cash economy and
encourage digital transactions. The government has taken a series of
measures since demonetisation in November last year to incentivise
digital transactions. The final call will be taken “at the highest
political level”, one official said.
“The idea is under consideration and there is good chance it could be announced in the budget,” another official said.
Officials who spoke to ET for this story did so on the condition they
not be identified, since they are not authorised to speak on budget
matters. The Special Investigation Team (SIT) on black money has already
recommended a ban on cash transactions above Rs.3 lakh and a Rs.15 lakh
limit on individual cash holding.
The Tax Administration Reform
Commission (TARC), headed by Parthasarathi Shome, had also recommended
the reintroduction of banking cash transaction tax (BCTT). TARC had also
noted that currently there is no instrument that captures details of
cash withdrawals from bank accounts, other than savings accounts data.
Digital payments transactions in December last year were 43% higher
than in November and totalled 958 million, according to central bank
data.
Officials and experts have been pointing out that while
digital transactions involve, in some forms, explicit costs at micro
levels in terms of annual fees for credit cards or transaction charges
at points of sale, the macro cost of producing large amounts of cash is
even greater. A January 2015 study ‘Cost of Cash in India’
commissioned by MasterCard and brought out by the Institute For
Business In The Global Context estimated India’s central bank and
commercial banks bear an annual currency operations cost of Rs.21,000
crore.
Government strategists on post demonetisation policies
have been emphasising that saving on costs of currency operations is an
economic plus, apart from the transparency benefits of digital
transactions.

Thus he dwells observing vedanā in vedanā internally,
