BSP chief Mayawati on Monday accused the Narendra Modi  of interfering with the personal law of Muslims and ending reservations
for backward communities in jobs. Mayawati. PTI

Addressing a rally at Kothi Meena Bazar ground in Agra, she also
attacked the Congress-Samajwadi Party alliance, saying Muslim voters
should not get swayed by the alliance and waste their precious votes by
supporting it.

“The central government has failed to work on the recommendations of the
Sachchar Committee.

Narendra Modi had promised to bring
black money from abroad, but no action has been taken yet,” she said.

She claimed that demonetisation has affected everyone.

The Narendra Modi wants to interfere with the personal law of
Muslims, and end reservations in jobs, she said.

She also promised to constitute a commission for businessmen to look
into their problems, announced to launch a special scheme for Agra’s
leather shoe industry and waive loans upto Rs 1 lakh for farmers if
voted to power.

BSP supremo Mayawati, addressing a rally at Ghaziabad on Tuesday, said
that the party will form government with full majority. Asking people to
not get duped by false survey polls, the BSP chief said the results
will come in her party’s favour. “The people of UP should not be duped
by the false claims made by the opposition and the media’s survey polls.
When the result will come, the BSP will form the government,” she said.

Claiming BJP’s hidden agenda to abolish reservation system in the state,
Mayawati asked people at the rally to not “waste” their votes on the
saffron party. “BJP is working on RSS agenda. From secret sources, we
were informed that BJP aims to end reservation after forming the
government. Voting for them means voting against your own reservations,”
she said. Adding that people all across the country are angry at the
Central government, Mayawati said the NDA government has failed to
fulfill electoral promises made made during Lok Sabha elections in 2014.
Slamming the demonetisation move, Mayawati added, “BJP people are
saying that there was immense migration in Western UP.

But majority of
migration took place after the demonetisation move was announced.”

Talking about the deteriorating law and order situation in the state,
Mayawati criticised the Samajwadi Party rule under Chief Minister
Akhilesh Yadav and said the government has failed to improve the
conditions. “Samajwadi Party has just changed the names of BJP’s
policies. Under their government, people are taking control of the lands
belonging to the poor,” she said. Criticising the newly formed alliance
between Congress and SP, Mayawati said Congress was voted out to power
because of their own mistakes. “SP-Congress cheated the public by
forming an alliance.”
Mayawati also said that to help out business organisations, the party
will form separate committees for them. The BSP chief also promised to
put an end to ‘gundaraj’ in the state. “We will give financial help to
people rather than gifting them with laptops or mobile phones,” she
added.

Agra: BSP chief Mayawati on Monday accused the Narendra Modi government

ಪ್ರಜಾಪ್ರಭುತ್ವ ದೇಶದಲ್ಲಿ ಅದರಲ್ಲೂ ಸಾವಿರಾರು ಭಾಗಗಳಾಗಿ ವರ್ಗೀಕರಣಗೊಂಡಿರುವ
ಸಮಾಜದಲ್ಲಿ ಸಮ್ಮಿಶ್ರ ಸರ್ಕಾರಗಳು ಎಷ್ಟು ಪ್ರಮುಖ ಪಾತ್ರ ವಹಿಸುತ್ತವೆಯೆಂಬುದು ಬಹಳ
ಮುಖ್ಯ. ಏಕೆಂದರೆ ಕೆಲವು ಧೈತ್ಯ ಪಕ್ಷಗಳಿಗೆ ಸಮ್ಮಿಶ್ರ ಸರ್ಕಾರಗಳು
ಅಪಥ್ಯವಾಗಿರುತ್ತವೆ. ಕಾರಣ ಸರ್ಕಾರದ ನಿಯಂತ್ರಣ ತಮ್ಮದೇ ಅಧೀನ ಪಕ್ಷದಲ್ಲಿರುವುದನ್ನೇ
ಬಯಸುತ್ತವೆ. ಹಾಗಾಗಿ ಸಮ್ಮಿಶ್ರ ಸರ್ಕಾರಗಳ ಬಗ್ಗೆ ಇಂತಹಾ ಪಕ್ಷಗಳಿಗೆ ಸಾಧಾರಣವಾಗಿಯೇ
ಅಸಹಜ ಹೊಂದಾಣಿಕೆಯಂತೆ ಕಾಣುತ್ತದೆ. ಆದರೆ ಸಮ್ಮಿಶ್ರ ಸರ್ಕಾರಗಳೇ ಮುಂದೆ ಈ ದೇಶದ
ಇತಿಹಾಸವನ್ನು ಬದಲಿಸುತ್ತವೆ ಎಂಬುದು ಒಪ್ಪಲೇಬೇಕು. ಏಕೆಂದರೆ ಸಮ್ಮಿಶ್ರ ಸರ್ಕಾರಗಳ
ಮೂಲಕವೇ ಮುರಾರ್ಜಿ ದೇಸಾಯಿ, ವಿ.ಪಿ.ಸಿಂಗ್ ನಂತಹ ನಾಯಕರು ಪ್ರಧಾನಿಯಾಗುವುದರ ಜೊತೆಗೆ
ದೇಶದ ಏಕಮೇವ ಪಕ್ಷವೆಂಬ ಭ್ರಮೆಯಲ್ಲಿದ್ದ ಕಾಂಗ್ರೆಸಿಗೆ ಇದು ಭಾರಿ ಹೊಡೆತ ಕೊಟ್ಟಿತ್ತು.
ಅಲ್ಲದೇ ಇದೇ ಬೆಳವಣಿಗೆಗಳಿಂದಲೇ ಪ್ರಾದೇಶಿಕ ಪಕ್ಷಗಳು ಅದರಲ್ಲಿಯೂ ಹಿಂದುಳಿದ ಜಾತಿಗಳ
ನಾಯಕತ್ವ ಇರುವ ಪಕ್ಷಗಳು ಕಾಂಗ್ರೇಸೇತರ, ಬಿಜೆಪಿಯೇತರ ರಾಜಕಾರಣ ಮಾಡಲು ಶಕ್ತರಾದರು. ಈ
ಎಲ್ಲಾ ಬದಲಾವಣೆಗಳಿಂದಲೇ ” ಇಂಡಿಯನ್ ನಾಷನಲ್ ಕಾಂಗ್ರೇಸ್ UPA ಒಕ್ಕೂಟವಾಗಿ, ಭಾರತೀಯ
ಜನತಾ ಪಾರ್ಟಿ NDA ಒಕ್ಕೂಟವಾಗಿ ಸರ್ಕಾರ ರಚನೆಯಾಗಬೇಕಾದ ಸಂಧರ್ಭಗಳು ಬಂತು. ಈಗ ಬದಲಾದ
ಸನ್ನಿವೇಶಗಳಿಂದ ಬಿಜೆಪಿ ಯಾವುದೇ ಒಕ್ಕೂಟದ ಅನಿವಾರ್ಯತೆಯಿಲ್ಲದೆ ಅಧಿಕಾರಕ್ಕೆ ಬಂದಿದೆ.
ಆದರೆ ತನ್ನ ಹಿಂದಿನ ಒಕ್ಕೂಟದಲ್ಲಿರುವ ಪಕ್ಷಗಳ ಬೆಂಬಲವಂತೂ ಹಾಗೇ ಉಳಿಸಿಕೊಂಡಿದೆ.
ಕಾರಣ ಈ ಹೊಂದಾಣಿಕೆಗಳಿಂದಲೇ ಬಿಜೆಪಿ ಕೂಡಾ ವಿರೋಧಪಕ್ಷವೇ ಇಲ್ಲದಂತಹಾ ಸರ್ಕಾರ ರಚನೆ
ಮಾಡಲು ಸಾಧ್ಯವಾಗಿದೆ.
ಹೀಗೆ ಸಮ್ಮಿಶ್ರ ಸರ್ಕಾರಗಳು ಪ್ರಜಾಪ್ರಭುತ್ವದಲ್ಲಿ ಪ್ರಮುಖ ಪಾತ್ರ ವಹಿಸುವುದಂತೂ
ಕಂಡಿತ. ಆದರೆ ಈ ಸಮ್ಮಿಶ್ರ ಸರ್ಕಾರಗಳ ಸ್ವರೂಪ ಎಂತಹುದು ಮತ್ತು ಅದರ ಹೊಂದಾಣಿಕೆ
ಹೇಗಿರಬೇಕೆಂಬುದು ಮಾತ್ರ ಮುಖ್ಯ. ಹೊಂದಾಣಿಕೆ ಸರ್ಕಾರಗಳ ನಡುವಿನ ಒಪ್ಪಂದ ಶಾಶ್ವತವಲ್ಲ,
ತಾತ್ಕಾಲಿಕವಾಗಿರುತ್ತದೆ. ಇದಕ್ಕೆ ಯಾವುದೇ ಸಿದ್ದಾಂತವೂ ಇರುವುದಿಲ್ಲ. ಹಾಗಾಗಿ ಇದು
ಸರ್ಕಾರ ರಚನೆಗೆ ಮಾತ್ರ ಸೀಮಿತವಾಗುತ್ತದೆಯೇ ಹೊರೆತೂ ಇದು ಶಾಶ್ವತವಾಗಿ ಮುಂದುವರಿಯುವ
ಹೊಂದಾಣಿಕೆಯೇ ಅಲ್ಲ.

1977 ರ ಚುನಾವಣೆಯಲ್ಲಿ ಕಾಂಗ್ರೇಸ್ ಎಂಬ ಹೆಮ್ಮರವನ್ನು ಬೀಳಿಸಲು ಪ್ರಮುಖ
ಪಾತ್ರವಹಿಸಿದ್ದೇ ಸಮ್ಮಿಶ್ರ ಸರ್ಕಾರ . ಅಂದಿನ ಜನತಾ ದಳದ ಪಕ್ಷಕ್ಕೆ ಬೆಂಬಲವಾಗಿ,
ಜನಸಂಘ ( ಇಂದಿನ ಬಿಜೆಪಿ) , ಕಮ್ಯುನಿಸ್ಟ್ ಪಾರ್ಟಿ, ಡಿ.ಎಂ.ಕೆ ಇನ್ನೂ ಕೆಲವು ಪಕ್ಷಗಳ
ಬೆಂಬಲದಿಂದ ಸರ್ಕಾರ ರಚನೆಯಾಯಿತು. ಇಲ್ಲಿ ಬಹಳ ಮುಖ್ಯವಾಗಿ ಗಮನಿಸಬೇಕಾದ್ದು ದಳ, ಜನಸಂಘ
ಮತ್ತು ಕಮ್ಯುನಿಸ್ಟ್ ಪಾರ್ಟಿಗಳ ಸಹಮತವನ್ನು. ಏಕೆಂದರೆ ಸೈದ್ದಾಂತಿಕವಾ ಈ ಮೂರೂ
ತದ್ವಿರುದ್ದವಾಗಿದೆ. ಆದರೆ ಸರ್ಕಾರ ರಚನೆಯಲ್ಲಿ ಈ ಮೂರು ಪಕ್ಷಗಳ ಮಹಾ ಮೈತ್ರಿಯಿಂದಲೇ
ಸರ್ಕಾರ ರಚನೆಯಾಯಿತು. ಹಾಗಾದರೆ ಈ ಮೂರೂ ಪಕ್ಷಗಳ ” ಅಧಿಕಾರಕ್ಕಾಗಿ ಸಿದ್ದಾಂತ
ಬಲಿಕೊಟ್ಟಿದೆ” ಎಂದು ಹೇಳಬಹುದೇ?. ಹೀಗೆ ಖಂಡಿತಾ ಹೇಳಲು ಸಾಧ್ಯವಿಲ್ಲ. ಏಕೆಂದರೆ ಇದು
ನಿಜವೇ ಆಗಿದ್ದರೆ ಈಗಲೂ ಈ ಪಕ್ಷಗಳು ತಮ್ಮ ಹೊಂದಾಣಿಕೆಯನ್ನು ಮುಂದುವರಿಸಲೇಬೇಕಿತ್ತು.
ಆದರೆ ಇಂತಹಾ ಹೊಂದಾಣಿಕೆಗಳು ಮುಂದುವರಿಯಲೇ ಇಲ್ಲ. ಕಾರಣ ಇದು ರಾಜಕೀಯ ಹೊಂದಾಣಿಕೆಯೇ
ಹೊರೆತೂ ಸಿದ್ದಾಂತಗಳ ಹೊಂದಾಣಿಕೆಯಲ್ಲ. ಹಾಗಾಗಿ ” ರಾಜಕೀಯ ಹೊಂದಾಣಿಕೆಗಳು
ಶಾಶ್ವತವಲ್ಲ, ತಾತ್ಕಾಲಿಕವಷ್ಟೆ”.
ಆದರೆ 1995 ರಲ್ಲಿ ಉತ್ತರ ಪ್ರದೇಶದಲ್ಲಿ ಬಹುಜನ ಸಮಾಜ ಪಕ್ಷ ಮತ್ತು ಬಿಜೆಪಿ ಪಕ್ಷಗಳು
ಹೊಂದಾಣಿಕೆಯಿಂದ ಮೊಟ್ಟಮೊದಲ ಬಾರಿಗೆ ಒಬ್ಬ ಅಸ್ಪೃಶ್ಯ ಸಮುದಾಯದ ಮಹಿಳೆ ಬೆಹೆನ್ಜಿ
ಮಾಯಾವತಿಯವರು ಮುಖ್ಯಮಂತ್ರಿಯಾದರು. ಬಿಎಸ್ಪಿ ಸಂಸ್ಥಾಪಕರಾಗಿದ್ದ ಮಾನ್ಯವರ್
ಕಾನ್ಶಿರಾಮರು ” ಇದು ಕೇವಲ ರಾಜಕೀಯ ಒಪ್ಪಂದವೇ ಹೊರೆತೂ ಸಿದ್ದಾಂತಗಳ ನಡುವಿನ
ಒಪ್ಪಂದವಲ್ಲ” ಎಂದು ಹೇಳಿದರು. ಆದರೆ ಜಾತಿವಾದಿ ಮನಸ್ಸುಗಳಿಗೆ ಒಬ್ಬ ಅಸ್ಪೃಶ್ಯ
ಸಮುದಾಯದ ಮಹಿಳೆ ಅಧಿಕಾರಕ್ಕೇರುವುದು ಇಷ್ಟವಿರಲಿಲ್ಲ. ಹಾಗಾಗಿ ಬಿಎಸ್ಪಿ ಮತ್ತು ಬಿಜೆಪಿ
ನಡುವಿನ ರಾಜಕೀಯ ಹೊಂದಾಣಿಕೆಯನ್ನು ಕೋಮುವಾದಿಗಳ ಜೊತೆಗಿನ ಸೈದ್ದಾಂತಿಕ ಒಪ್ಪಂದ ಎಂದು
ಬಿಂಬಿಸಿದರು. ಆದರೆ ಮಾಯಾವತಿಯವರ ಬಹುಜನ ಪರವಾದ ಆಡಳಿತ ವೈಕರಿ ಬಿಜೆಪಿಗೂ
ಭರಿಸಲಾಗಲಿಲ್ಲ. ಕೆಲವೇ ತಿಂಗಳಲ್ಲಿ ಬಿಜೆಪಿ ತನ್ನ ಬೆಂಬಲ ವಾಪಸ್ಸು ಪಡೆಯಿತು.
ಈ ಬಿಜೆಪಿ ಬಿಎಸ್ಪಿ ಸಮ್ಮಿಶ್ರ ಸರ್ಕಾರದ ರಚನೆಯನ್ನು ಈಗಲೂ ವಿರೋಧಿಸುತ್ತಲೇ ಇದ್ದಾರೆ. ”
ಬಾಬಾ ಸಾಹೇಬರ ರಾಜಕಾರಣ ಮಾಡುತ್ತೀವೆಂದವರು ಕೋಮುವಾದಿ ಬಿಜೆಪಿಯ ಜೊತೆ ಸರ್ಕಾರ
ಮಾಡಿದರು” ಎಂದು ಜರಿಯುತ್ತಲೇ ಇದ್ದಾರೆ. ಹೀಗೆ ಜರಿಯುವರಿಗೆ ಒಂದು ಬಹುಜನ
ಚಳುವಳಿಯೆಂದರೆ ಅಪಥ್ಯವಾದರೂ ಆಗಿರಬೇಕು ಅಥವಾ ಸಮ್ಮಿಶ್ರ ಸರ್ಕಾರದ ಬಗ್ಗೆ ತಿಳುವಳಿಕೆಯ
ಕೊರತೆಯಾದರೂ ಇರಬೇಕು.

ಉತ್ತರ ಪ್ರದೇಶದ ಲಖ್ನೌ ನಗರದಲ್ಲಿ 1948 ಏಪ್ರಿಲ್ 24 ಮತ್ತು 25 ರಂದು “ಅಖಿಲ ಭಾರತ
ಪರಿಶಿಷ್ಟ ಜಾತಿಗಳ ಒಕ್ಕೂಟ”ದ 5ನೇ ರಾಷ್ಟ್ರೀಯ ಸಮ್ಮೇಳನವನ್ನು ಆಯೋಜಿಸಿದ್ದರು.
ಇದೇ ಪ್ರದೇಶದಲ್ಲಿ ಒಂದು ವರ್ಷದ ಹಿಂದೆ ಅಂದರೆ 1947 ರಲ್ಲಿ ” ಅಖಿಲ ಭಾರತ ಪರಿಶಿಷ್ಟ
ಜಾತಿಗಳ ಒಕ್ಕೂಟ”ದಿಂದ ರಾಜಕೀಯ ಮತ್ತು ಸಾಮಾಜಿಕ ಹಕ್ಕುಗಳಿಗಾಗಿ ಪ್ರತಿಭಟನೆಯನ್ನು
ಹಮ್ಮಿಕೊಂಡಿತ್ತು. ಆಗ ಸುಮಾರು 2000 ಜನರು ಮಹಿಳೆಯರನ್ನೂ ಒಳಗೊಂಡಂತೆ ಇವರನ್ನು ಬಂಧಿಸಿ
ಜೈಲಿಗೆ ಅಟ್ಟಿದ್ದರು. ಇವರ ಈ ತ್ಯಾಗದ ಪ್ರತೀಕವಾಗಿ ಅದೇ ಲಖ್ನೌ ನಗರದಲ್ಲಿ ಈ
ಸಮ್ಮೇಳನವನ್ನು ಆಯೋಜಿಸಿದ್ದರು.

ಈ ಸಮ್ಮೇಳನದ ಎರಡು ಮುಖ್ಯ ಉದ್ದೇಶಗಳು ಹೀಗಿತ್ತು.
೧. ಕಾಂಗ್ರೆಸ್ ಆಡಳಿತವಿರುವ ರಾಜ್ಯಗಳಲ್ಲಿ ಅಸ್ಪೃಶ್ಯರ ಕಷ್ಟಗಳು ನಿರಂತರ ಮತ್ತು
ಇದಕ್ಕೆ ಕೊನೆಯಿಲ್ಲವೆಂದು.
೨. ಪರಿಶಿಷ್ಟ ಜಾತಿಗಳು ತಮ್ಮ ಏಳಿಗೆಗಾಗಿ ಏನೇ ಆದರೂ ಎಲ್ಲವನ್ನೂ ಬದಿಗೊತ್ತಿ
ಸಿದ್ದವಾಗಿರಬೇಕು.
ಈ ಮುಖ್ಯ ಉದ್ದೇಶಗಳನ್ನು ಕುರಿತು 1948 ಏಪ್ರಿಲ್ 25 ರ ಭಾನುವಾರದಂದು ಬಾಬಾ ಸಾಹೇಬರು
ತಮ್ಮ ಭಾಷಣದಲ್ಲಿ ಹೀಗೆ ಹೇಳುತ್ತಾರೆ.

ರಾಜಕೀಯ ಅಧಿಕಾರದ ಕೀಲಿ ಕೈಯಿಂದಲೇ ನಮ್ಮೆಲ್ಲರ ಸಾಮಾಜಿಕ ಏಳಿಗೆ ಸಾಧ್ಯವಾಗುತ್ತದೆ.
ನಮ್ಮ ವಿಮೋಚನೆ ರಾಜಕೀಯ ಅಧಿಕಾರದಲ್ಲೇ ಇದೆ. ಹಾಗಾಗಿ ಪರಿಶಿಷ್ಟರು ಸಂಘಟಿತರಾಗಿ ಮೂರನೇ
ಪರ್ಯಾಯ ರಾಜಕೀಯ ಪಕ್ಷವಾಗಿ ಹೊರಹೊಮ್ಮಬೇಕು. ಆಗ ಕಾಂಗ್ರೇಸ್ ಪಕ್ಷ ಮತ್ತು ಸಮಾಜವಾದಿ
ಪಕ್ಷಗಳ ಪ್ರತಿಸ್ಪರ್ಧೆಯ ನಡುವೆ ನಾವು ಮೂರನೇ ಪಕ್ಷವಾಗಿ ” ಅಧಿಕಾರ ಸಮತೋಲನವನ್ನು”
ಕಾಯ್ದುಕೊಳ್ಳಬಹುದು.
ಪರಿಶಿಷ್ಟ ಜಾತಿಗಳು ಕಾಂಗ್ರೆಸ್ ಸೇರುವುದರಿಂದ ” ರಾಜಕೀಯ ಅಧಿಕಾರ” ಹಿಡಿಯಲು
ಸಾಧ್ಯವಿಲ್ಲ. ಏಕೆಂದರೆ ಕಾಂಗ್ರೇಸ್ ಈಗ ದೊಡ್ಡ ಸಂಘಟನೆಯಾಗಿದೆ. ಪರಿಶಿಷ್ಟರು
ಕಾಂಗ್ರೆಸ್ ಸೇರಿದರೆ ಸಾಗರದಲ್ಲಿನ ಹನಿಯಂತೆ ಮರೆಯಾಗುವಿರಿ. ಹಾಗಾಗಿ ಕಾಂಗ್ರೆಸ್
ಸೇರಿದರೆ ಅಲ್ಲಿ ಧ್ವನಿಯೆತ್ತಲೂ ಆಗುವುದಿಲ್ಲ. ಅಲ್ಲದೇ ನಾವೇನಾದರೂ ಕಾಂಗ್ರೆಸ್
ಸೇರಿದರೆ ನಮ್ಮ ಶತ್ರುವಿನ ಶಕ್ತಿಯನ್ನು ಹೆಚ್ಚಿಸಿದಂತೆ ಆಗುತ್ತದೆ.
” ಕಾಂಗ್ರೆಸ್ ಎಂಬುದು ಸುಡುವ ಮನೆ, ಆ ಮನೆಯ ಒಳಗೆ ಸೇರಿದರೆ ನಮಗೆ ಯಾವ ಲಾಭವೂ ಇಲ್ಲ”.
ಆದರೆ ಇನ್ನು ಕೆಲವೇ ದಿನಗಳಲ್ಲಿ ಕಾಂಗ್ರೆಸ್ ಪಾಳುಬಿದ್ದ ಕೊಂಪೆಯಾಗುವುದರಲ್ಲಿ ನನಗೆ
ಅನುಮಾನವಿಲ್ಲ. ಏಕೆಂದರೆ ಈಗಾಗಲೇ ಸಮಾಜವಾದಿಗಳು ಕಾಂಗ್ರೆಸ್ ತೊರೆದಿದ್ದಾರೆ. ಇದು
ಕಾಂಗ್ರೆಸನ್ನು ಮತ್ತಷ್ಟು ಬಲಹೀನಗೊಳಿಸಲಿದೆ.
ನಾವು ಮೂರನೇ ಪರ್ಯಾಯ ಪಕ್ಷವಾಗಿ ಹೊರಹೊಮ್ಮಬೇಕು. ಒಂದು ವೇಳೆ ಕಾಂಗ್ರೇಸ್ ಮತ್ತು
ಸಮಾಜವಾದಿ ಪಕ್ಷಗಳು ಸಂಪೂರ್ಣ ಬಹುಮತ ಪಡೆಯಲು ಸಾಧ್ಯವಾಗದಿದ್ದರೆ ಆಗ ಖಂಡಿತಾ ನಮ್ಮ
ಮತಗಳನ್ನು ಬೇಡಲು ಬಂದೇ ಬರುತ್ತಾರೆ. ಆಗ ನಾವು ಅಧಿಕಾರ ಸಮತೋಲನವನ್ನು ಕಾಯ್ದುಕೊಂಡು,
ನಮ್ಮ ನಿಯಮಾನುಸಾರಗಳನ್ನು ಯಾರು ಒಪ್ಪುತ್ತಾರೋ ಅವರಿಗೆ ಮಾತ್ರ ನಮ್ಮ ರಾಜಕೀಯ
ಬೆಂಬಲವನ್ನು ಕೊಡಬೇಕು.
ನಾನು ( ಬಾಬಾ ಸಾಹೇಬ್) ಸುಮಾರು 12 ವರ್ಷಗಳ ಹಿಂದೆ ಲೋಥಿಯನ್ ಕಮಿಟಿಯ ಸದಸ್ಯನಾಗಿ
ಉತ್ತರ ಪ್ರದೇಶಕ್ಕೆ ಬಂದಿದ್ದೆ. ನನಗೆ ಸಂತೋಷವಾಗುವ ವಿಷಯವೆಂದರೆ ಉತ್ತರ ಪ್ರದೇಶದ
ಪರಿಶಿಷ್ಟರು ರಾಜಕೀಯವಾಗಿ ತುಂಬಾ ಜಾಗೃತರಾಗಿರುವುದು. ಹಾಗೇ ಹಿಂದಿನ ವರ್ಷದ
ಪ್ರತಿಭಟನೆಯಲ್ಲಿ ಸುಮಾರು 2000 ಜನರು ತಮ್ಮ ಸಮುದಾಯದ ಏಳಿಗೆಗಾಗಿ ಜೈಲು ಸೇರಿದ್ದಾರೆ.
ಇವರೆಲ್ಲರ ತ್ಯಾಗಕ್ಕೆ ಶುಭಾಷಯಗಳನ್ನು ತಿಳಿಸುತ್ತೇನೆ. ಇಂತಹಾ ತ್ಯಾಗ ಏನು
ತೋರಿಸುತ್ತದೆಯೆಂದರೆ ನಾವು ಹೀಗೆ ನಮ್ಮ ಉದ್ದೇಶಗಳ ಈಡೀರಿಕೆಗೆ ಬದ್ದರಾಗಿದ್ದರೆ ಎಷ್ಟೇ
ಅಡ್ಡಿ ಆತಂಕಗಳು ಎದುರಾದರೂ ಗುರಿ ಮುಟ್ಟಬಹುದು.

ಬಾಬಾ ಸಾಹೇಬರು ಅಂದು ಉತ್ತರ ಪ್ರದೇಶದ ಜನರನ್ನು ಉದ್ದೇಶಿಸಿ ಹೇಳಿದಂತೆ ಇಂದು ಅವರು
ನಾಲ್ಕು ಬಾರಿ ತಮ್ಮ ಸಮುದಾಯದಿಂದ ಒಬ್ಬ ಮಹಿಳೆಯನ್ನು ಮುಖ್ಯಮಂತ್ರಿ ಮಾಡಿದ್ದಾರೆ. ಬಾಬಾ
ಸಾಹೇಬರ ರಾಜಕೀಯ ನಿರ್ದೇಶನದಂತೆ ” ಬಹುಜನ ಸಮಾಜ ಪಕ್ಷವು” ಮೂರನೇ ಪರ್ಯಾಯ ಪಕ್ಷವಾಗಿ
ಹೊರಹೊಮ್ಮಿ ಅಧಿಕಾರ ಹಿಡಿಯುವಲ್ಲಿ ಸಫಲವಾಗಿದೆ. ಆದರೆ ಕಾಂಗ್ರೆಸ್ ,ಬಿಜೆಪಿ,
ಕಮ್ಯುನಿಸ್ಟರಿಗೆ ಇದು ಎಂದಿಗೂ ಅರಗಿಸಿಕೊಳ್ಳಲು ಸಾಧ್ಯವಿಲ್ಲ. ಆದರೆ ಬಾಬಾ ಸಾಹೇಬರು
ತೋರಿಸಿದ ಮಾರ್ಗವನ್ನು ನಾವು ಬಿಡಲೂ ಸಾಧ್ಯವಿಲ್ಲ. ನಮ್ಮ ವಿಮೋಚನೆ
ರಾಜ್ಯಾಧಿಕಾರದಲ್ಲಿದೆ ಎಂದು ಹೇಳಿದ ಬಾಬಾ ಸಾಹೇಬರ ಮಾತೇ ನಮಗೆ ಅಂತಿಮ. ರಾಜ್ಯಾಧಿಕಾರ
ಹಿಡಿಯಲು ಯಾವ ಪಕ್ಷವನ್ನಾದರೂ ಬಳಸುವ ರಾಜಕೀಯ ತಂತ್ರಗಾರಿಕೆ ಬೆಳೆದಿದೆ. ಅದು
ಕಾಂಗ್ರೆಸ್ ಆಗಲಿ, ಬಿಜೆಪಿ ಆಗಲಿ ಇನ್ಯಾರಾದರೂ ಆಗಲಿ. ಏಕೆಂದರೆ ಕಾಂಗ್ರೆಸ್ ಬಿಜೆಪಿ
ಒಂದೇ ನಾಣ್ಯದ ಎರಡು ಮುಖಗಳೆಂದು ಅರಿವಿರುವ ಯಾರಿಗೇ ಆಗಲಿ ಸಮ್ಮಿಶ್ರ ಸರ್ಕಾರದ
ಅನಿವಾರ್ಯತೆ ಬಂದರೆ ಯಾರ ಜೊತೆಗಾದರೂ ಹೊಂದಾಣಿಕೆ ಮಾಡುವ ಚಾಣಾಕ್ಷತನ ಬಾಬಾ ಸಾಹೇಬರೇ
ತೋರಿಸಿದ್ದಾರೆ.
