Do not rest
till all the fraud EVMs are banned and all governments selected by
these EVMs are dissolved and go for fresh polls with Ballot Papers.
Do not recognise any leader selected by these fraud EVMs.
See that
the Murderer of democratic institutions (Modi) who is the enemy of
Universal Adult Franchise for tampering, distorting and rigging the EVMs
to win elections is punished with punitive punishment such as the
entire budget of our country to leaders such as Ms Mayawati the leader
of the 99% sarvajan samaj i.e., all societies to enable to distribute
the wealth of the country equally among them. Minimum of Rs 15 Lakhs in all their bank accounts.
The CEC and
the presstitute must be equally punished for murdering democracy in
favour of just 1% intolerant, violent, militant, lunatic, mentally
retarded No.1 terrorist cannibal chitpawan brahmin psychopaths Rakshasa
Swayam Sevaks (RSS) for their stealth, shadowy, discriminatory hindutva
cult and for practicing untouchabilty against Scheduled Caste leader Ms
Mayawati preventing her to acquire the Master Key by tampering the EVMs.
All along they were finding fault with SC/STs/OBCs/Minorities telling
the world that they are not clean, no merit, not good performers and so
on thinking that they are the only clean, meritorious performers and
intelligent people on this earth.Actually they are cunning crooks. They
use the service of use and throw curry leaves chamchas, chelas, slaves,
stooges, boot lickers and own mothers flesh eaters against people those
who dont toe their lines blackmailing by misusing the Income Tax
department, CBI etc., selectively. Now
they started suspecting the sanity of SC/STs and other 99% sarvajan
samaj. They must be booked under Atrocities Act.
Non-bailble arrest warrant must be issued to Murderers of democratic institutions (Modi) and remotely controlling RSS chief.

Calcutta High Court judge Justice C S Karnan today ordered issuance of
non-bailable warrants against seven judges of the Supreme Court,
including the CJI, for not being represented before him, even as the
Attorney General said he was not sure whether the βgentlemanβ would
undergo medical tests as ordered by the apex court.
Justice
Karnan, who ordered issuance of non-bailable warrants (NBWs) stating
that top seven judges of the apex court have not been represented before
him, directed the high courtβs registrar general to issue the NBWs to
these judges to be executed through the director general of police or
commissioner of police, New Delhi.
Justice Karnan passed a βsuo
motu judicial order in the interest of the nation to protect the general
public from corruption and unrestβ, invoking Article 226 of the
Constitution read with Section 482 Criminal Procedure Code.
βToday
the accused judges are called absent no representation issue
non-bailable warrant against the accused call on 08.05.2017 (sic),β the
order signed by Justice Karnan said.
Meanwhile, Attorney General
Mukul Rohatgi, who was today arguing in an Aadhaar matter before a bench
comprising Justices A K Sikri and Ashok Bhushan, said he was not sure
whether Justice Karnan would follow the direction given by a seven-judge
bench yesterday to undergo medical check-up regarding his mental health
in the contempt case.
βI do not know whether the gentleman, who
was asked yesterday, would submit to the order of the seven-judge bench
of this court,β he said.
βI have read that he (Justice Karnan) has asked the seven judges of
this court (who have passed the order yesterday) to undergo medical
tests,β he said while arguing in the Aadhaar matter about whether a
person can be forced to give his finger prints.
The seven-judge
bench, headed by Chief Justice J S Khehar, had taken note of the βtenorβ
of Justice Karnanβs orders and press briefings and directed his medical
check-up by doctors with police support, as the Calcutta High Court
Judge did not appear before it.
Reacting to the order, a
belligerent Justice Karnan had on Tuesday said in Kolkata that he will
not appear before such a medical board as directed by the Supreme Court.
Taking
note of the fact that Justice Karnan has been passing orders despite
being restrained and holding press briefings, the apex court had said
that βthe tenor of press briefings as also purported orders passed by
him indicate that he may not be in a position to defend himself.
βTherefore,
we consider it in the fitness of the matter to require him to be
medically examined. We hereby direct the Calcutta Hospital to constitute
a board of doctors to examine Shri Justice CS Karnan and submit a
report,β the bench had said.
Talking to mediapersons in Kolkata on
Monday, Justice Karnan had said he will not appear before a medical
board for examining his health as directed by the apex court.
He
had also threatened to βpass suo motu suspension order against the
Director General of Police (DGP) of West Bengal, if the DGP functions
against my wish.β
Justice Karnan had on March 31 appeared before
the apex court which granted him four weeksβ time to respond to the
contempt notice while rejecting the submission that his administrative
and judicial powers be restored.
Refusing to appear before the
apex court again, Justice Karnan had on April 13 issued an order asking
the seven judges to appear before him on April 28 and then extended the
date of appearance to May 1.

[The one day seminar on βMedia and Marginality: Situating The Minority
In Popular Narrativesβ was organized by the Department of Journalism
and Mass Communication of Aliah University and Association SNAP on
Sunday, April 30.
(Quoted from the report below.)
“Aliah University (Bengali: ΰ¦ΰ¦²ΰ¦Ώΰ¦―ΰ¦Όΰ¦Ύ বিঢΰ§ΰ¦¬ΰ¦¬ΰ¦Ώΰ¦¦ΰ§ΰ¦―ালয়, informally known as
AU), is a state government controlled[2] minority autonomous
university in New Town, West Bengal, India. Previously known as
Mohammedan College of Calcutta, it was elevated to university in
2008.[2]”
(Source: <https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Aliah_University>.)
“The poor condition of minorities in India is well known facts now.
Some measures are taken by the Government to uplift their condition.
We believe that it requires more than that to change the ground
reality for them. As per Sachar Committee recommendation, Minorities
especially Muslims, require community services. Thus “ASSOCIATION
SNAP”, a minority organization is born to provide required services to
all minorities in West Bengal. It is a non-profitable, non-political,
non-governmental organization to arrest division in society and so, to
propagate harmony in the society.”

(Looks like, all the speakers who had spoken on the Muslim Personal
law belong to the same ideological camp wich favours Triple Talaq,
Nikah Halala and polygyny; opposed to any reform.

KOLKATA β βAmong all personal laws, I regard Muslim personal laws as
most progressive,β Advocate Flavia Agnes said while speaking at a one
day national seminar organized here at Aliah University.
Ms Agnes, who has written extensively on womenβs issues added that the
court ban on triple talaq will prove ineffective as Muslim men may
then start deserting their wives, like Narendra Modi abandoned his
wife. She also accused the media of ignorance over the subject and
suggested that they were playing into the hands of vested political
interests by only highlighting certain kind of reports related to
Muslim women.

In this one-day power-packed deliberation, panelists shared their
views on socio-economic conditions of minorities, political debates
regarding Muslim rights seen through the conflicting prism of personal
laws and uniform civil code, coverage of minority issues in main
stream media and issues of stereotyping.
A. Faizur Rahman, Secretary General of Chennai based Islamic Forum for
the Promotion of Moderate Thought, who was in the same panel with
Agnes, gave a historicity of Triple Talaq, polygamy and Indian
judiciary. He reminded the audience that the uniform civil code is
impractical in current situation as there is not just MPL but several
other communities have their own code of laws. He, however, added that
instant triple talaq has not basis in Quran that lays down clear
methods for separation between husband and wife.
The session was chaired by senior lawyer of the Calcutta High Court
Syed Shahid Imam.
Seminar3
In the second plenary session on media, Deputy Political Editor of CNN
News18, Marya Shakil spoke on reporting elections, with special focus
on her reports from UP And Punjab. She emphasized on the need to
develop agenda of development for the Muslim community but cautioned
that it must be done internally and not forced upon from outside.
Suvojit Bagchi, Bureau Chief of The Hindu, presented a well
research[ed] paper on βIs more news necessarily good news?β He feels
that in the age of social media, propaganda has become widespread and
it has hence become difficult to distinguish news from fake news for
common people. This session on media was chaired by senior journalist
Snehasis Sur of DD Kolkata.
Besides those eminent speakers, over 20 faculties and research
scholars from different universities presented research papers on
covering different aspects of the broader theme of media and
minorities, gender issues and other related topics.
In the valedictory session, Ajitha Menon, Political Economy Adviser,
British Deputy High Commission, Kolkata; Syeda Saadia Azim, Public
Affairs Specialist at the US Consulate, Kolakta deliberated on mediaβs
lack of expertise on minority issues, and how social media is
processing majoritarian political thought, respectively.
Earlier Vice Chancellor of Aliah University Professor Abu Taleb Khan
had set the tone of the seminar stressing the need for unbiased
coverage on issues related to Muslims, while the Head of the JMC
Department Ms Ghazala Yasmin spoke on the need of analyzing the role
of media in building narratives surrounding minorities.
Seminar4
The seminar got overwhelming response from the audience, large number
of whom comprised of lawyers, civil servants, academicians and
activists.
M Reyaz, assistant professor at Aliah University, who is also the
co-convener of the seminar, later said, βWe are a young university but
we hope to play pivotal role in debate surrounding minorities in
state,β adding, βWe will continue to organize similar programs around
the broader theme of minority empowerment in coming years to give
intellectual and academic base to the minority question in the
region.β
