Furthermore,
bhikkhus, a bhikkhu, just as if he was seeing a dead body, cast away in
a charnel ground, one day dead, or two days dead or three days dead,
swollen, bluish and festering, he considers this very kāya: “This kāya
also is of such a nature, it is going to become like this, and is not
free from such a condition.”

Thus he dwells observing kāya in kāya
internally, or he dwells observing kāya in kāya externally, or he dwells
observing kāya in kāya internally and externally; he dwells observing
the samudaya of phenomena in kāya, or he dwells observing the passing
away of phenomena in kāya, or he dwells observing the samudaya and
passing away of phenomena in kāya; or else, [realizing:] “this is kāya!”
sati is present in him, just to the extent of mere ñāṇa and mere
paṭissati, he dwells detached, and does not cling to anything in the
world. Thus, bhikkhus, a bhikkhu dwells observing kāya in kāya.

Mayawati questions encounter killings in Uttar Pradesh as figure rises to 18
BSP chief questions whether only members of a particular class or community engage in crime

Raising questions on the encounter killings in Uttar Pradesh under the
Yogi Adityanath government, Bahujan Samaj Party (BSP) chief Mayawati on
Wednesday wondered if the criminals belonged to only some specific
religious community or class.

“In the name of crime control, the
blowing of trumpet over the police encounters in the last six months
raises questions that do only members of a particular class or community
engage in crime or are history-sheeters?” Ms. Mayawati asked.

From March 20, a day after the Yogi Adityanath government took oath in
UP, 17 accused criminals have been gunned down in alleged police
encounters.

Those killed in the encounters were identified as
Sunil Sharma, Jaihind Yadav, Sujit Singh, Ramji Pasi, Kasim, Sharda Kol,
Atiq, Gurmeet, Shamshad, Nitin, Nadeem, Naushad, Sarwar, Ikram, Raju,
Jan Mohammad, Adesh Yadav and Bawinder.

Out of the 17, majority
are Muslims (8), Yadavs (2) and at least two Dalits, perhaps being the
basis for Ms. Mayawati’s inquiry though she did not name any particular
group.

The figure touched 18 on Wednesday when the police shot dead an alleged robber in Noida.

According to the police, three persons looted a vehicle, a Honda City, and Rs 1.5 lakh in cash in the sector 58 area of Noida.

“An encounter took place under police station Bisrakh area, in which
two of them escaped and one was seriously injured,” U.P police
spokesperson Rahul Srivastava said.

SSP Love Kumar said the
accused, identified as Bawinder of Aligarh, was declared dead in
hospital. “A constable also received a bullet injury to his hand and is
receiving treatment in a hospital,” Mr. Kumar said.

Another
encounter was recorded at Aligarh’s Gandhi Park area on Tuesday evening
when an alleged criminal carrying a bounty of Rs 12,000 suffered bullet
injuries during an exchange of fire with a police team.

The
accused, identified as Sachin from Bulandshahr, was taken to a district
hospital and survived. Sachin is wanted in two house robbery cases in
Aligarh and has around 10 cases of loot, dacoity and the Gangster Act
against him in Bulandshahr, police said.

As per data released by
the government in a booklet showcasing its achievements, apart from the
encounter killings, from March 20 to September 14, the police have
conducted 430 encounters. During this period, 868 wanted criminals were
arrested while around 90 criminals were also injured during police
encounters.

Police also suffered casualties, with one officer,
Jai Prakash Singh, killed during an encounter with dacoits in
Chitrakoot, and around 90 policemen injured over the last six months.

Stepping up the action against criminals, the police have over the last
six months also seized the property of 69 persons under the Gangsters
Act and Rs 35 crore worth of property from the land mafia.

Of the
18 persons killed in police encounters, the majority, 12, were gunned
down in Western U.P alone, not far from the national capital. The
highest number of killings were recorded in Shamli (4), followed by
Muzaffarnagar (3) and Saharanpur (2). One each were killed in Mathura,
Hapur and Noida.

In Eastern U.P’s Azamgarh district, so far three
persons have been killed, followed by one each in Lucknow, Etawah and
Chitrakoot.

Ms. Mayawati said the figures presented by the BJP
government belied the “insecurity” faced by common people, especially
traders in U.P.

Mr. Adityanath, however, has claimed the
encounter killings are an indication of the State police “coming to the
front” of dealing with law and order problems.

“Common people
feel safe today and the police, whose morale was low under previous
governments, is coming to the front. To a large extent, we have achieved
in getting rid of the atmosphere of fear…” Mr. Adityanath said on
Tuesday.

Over the past six months, the government also claimed
that it had booked 54 persons under the NSA, 1,145 under the Gangsters
Act and 9,963 under the Goondas Act.

This is what is expected
from the Murderers of democratic institutions (Modi) which gobbled the
Master Key by tampering the fraud EVMs for the remotely controlling just
1% intolerant, militant, shooting, lynching, lunatic, mentally retarded
cannibal chitpavan brahmin RSS(rakshasa Swayam Sevaks for the greed of
power and money with hatred, anger, jealousy, delusion which are
defilement of the mind requiring treatment in the mental asylum. All
these things happen because the RSS is top terrorists of the world
working for their stealth, shadowy, discriminatory hindutva cult.

https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Chitpavan

Chitpavans were not esteemed in social ranking, and were indeed
considered by other older brahmin castes as being an inferior caste of
Brahmins. They came in Country’s social mainstream in time somewhere
around Peshwas.

The community chitpavan brahmins remains
concentrated in Maharashtra but also has populations all over the
country and the rest of the world including the USA , UK and Canada.

After the fall of the Maratha Empire in 1818, the Chitpavans lost their
political dominance to the British. The British would not subsidize the
Chitpavans on the same scale that their caste-fellow, the Peshwas had
done in the past. Pay and power was now significantly reduced. Poorer
Chitpavan students adapted and started learning English because of
better opportunities in the British administration.

Some of the
prominent figures in the hindutva reform movements of the 19th and 20th
centuries came from the chitpavan brahmin community. These included
Dhondo Keshav Karve, Justice Mahadev Govind Ranade, Vinayak Damodar
Savarkar, Gopal Ganesh Agarkar, Vinoba Bhave, and Gopal Krishna Gokhale.
These reforms preached against the Hindu caste system establishment.
Yet, some of the strongest resistance to change also came from the very
same community. Jealously guarding their brahmin stature, the orthodox
among the chitpavans were not eager to see the Shastras challenged, nor
the conduct of the brahmins becoming indistinguishable from that of the
Sudras. The vanguard and the old guard clashed many times. Ranade and
other reformers were forced to offer penance for breaking purity rules.
D. K. Karve was ostracised. Even Tilak made a visit to Varanasi so that
he may not be excommunicated.

The Chitpavan community includes
two major politicians in the Gandhian tradition: Gopal Krishna Gokhale
whom Gandhi acknowledged as a preceptor, and Vinoba Bhave, one of his
outstanding disciples. Gandhi describes Bhave as the Jewel of his
disciples, and recognized Gokhale as his political guru. However, strong
opposition to Gandhi also came from within the chitpavan community. V D
Savarkar, the founder of the hindutva rashtra political ideology
hindutva, was a chitpavan brahmin. Several members of the chitpavan
community were among the first to embrace the hindutva ideology, which
they thought was a logical extension of the legacy of the Peshwas and
caste-fellow Tilak. These Chitpavans felt out of place with the Nation’s
social reform movement of Mahatama Phule . Large numbers of the
community looked to Savarkar, the Hindu Mahasabha and finally the RSS.
Gandhi’s assassins Narayan Apte and Nathuram Godse, drew their
inspiration from fringe groups in this reactionary trend.

America enlisted RSS in one of the Biggest Terrorist Organisation in the World

A US-based risk management and consulting company has put the
Rashtriya Swayamsevak Sangh (RSS) in its category of ‘Threat Group’ and
called it “a stealth, shadowy, discriminatory group that seeks to
establish a hindutva rashtra, a Hindu Nation.”

Terrorism Watch
& Warning provides intelligence, research, analysis, watch and
warning on international terrorism and domestic terrorism related
issues; and is operated by OODA Group LLC that helps clients identify,
manage, and respond to global risks and uncertainties while exploring
emerging opportunities and developing robust and adaptive strategies for
the future.

The websites describes: “The RSS is a stealth,
shadowy, discriminatory group that seeks to establish a hindutva
rashtra, a . The group is considered the radical ideological parent
group of Bahuth Jiyadha Psychopaths (BJP).”

“The RSS is a non
entity unregistered movement, a group that was founded in 1925. Their
philosophy, called hindutva and their main demand of Murderer of
democratic institutions (Modi) was that it stop appeasing Muslims,” the
description continues, adding, “hindutva has been translated to mean
variously: hindutva pride, patriotism, fundamentalism, revivalism,
chauvinism, or fascism. The group self-justifies by ‘asserting the
natural rights’.”

In its ‘Intel analysis,’ it further adds, “The
RSS was banned in 1948 following the assassination of Mahatma Gandhi by
an ex-RSS member, Nathuram Godse. ”

Describing violence as ‘Group Activities’ for the RSS, the site further
says, “Violence has been a strategy for the Sangh movement. It is often
couched as a method of self-defense against minority groups. hindutva
has been clear about the need for violence, particularly communal riots.
The Sangh has incited rioting to cause further chasms between
religions, and thus a further separation of religions, and to rally the
hindutva community around the philosophy of hindutva.”

The
Terrorism Watch & Warning database contains over 1,00,000 Open

and security related issues, attack database of over 10,000 attacks,
