9 myths about Hinduism, debunked-
Protests on May 1st are expected to be bigger than what we have seen on 2nd April Bharat Bandh.
Organisations will be protesting against the Supreme Court’s order on
the Scheduled Castes and Scheduled Tribes (Prevention of Atrocities)
Act. Last month on 20th March, Supreme Court had diluted the provisions of SC/ST Act in an attempt to save the perpetrators of atrocities on SC/ST.
Collective has issued 12 following demands –
Demand 1 – Government of India should ensure that
either through Judicial or Parliamentary recourse the status quo of the
SCs and STs (PoA) Act 1989 is restored to its original position as was
before 20.03.2018 judgment.
Demand 2 – The SCs and STs (PoA) Act 1989 and the
POA Amendment Act 2015 shall be included in the Ninth Schedule so that
it may get some protection in the matter of judicial review.
Demand 3 – Release of all the SC/STs and Human Rights
Defenders, activists, leaders, community members and employees arrested
on 2nd April, during the “Bharat Bandh”. Immediate action should be
taken against the people who were indulged in firing against the
community.
Demand 4 – Robustly, enforce and implement the
amended SCs and STs (PoA) Act 1989 and Rules 1995 and in specific the
rights of victims and witnesses as enshrined in the amended Act.
Demand 5 – Establish mandatory exclusive special
courts as per the Section 14 of the SCs and STs (PoA) Act 1989 in each
district. These courts shall not take cases of any other legislation.
Demand 6 – Take immediate measures to appoint Public
Prosecutors of victim’s choice as per Rule 4 (5) of the SCs and STs
(PoA) Rules 1995 for speedy trial of the cases.
Demand 7 – Conduct an open and transparent
investigation under Scheduled Castes and the Scheduled Tribes
(Prevention of Atrocities) Amendment Act, 2015 and prosecute those
Government and police officials under section 4 of the Act who are found
to be aided and abetted criminals or found to have negligent in their
responsibilities in implementing the provisions of the Act/plan and
schemes.
Demand 8 – Immediate notification or G.O> to be
issued to all the state governments to frame contingency plan in line
with contingency plan framed by the Government of Tamil Nadu and
simultaneous framing of guidelines and schemes under the plan if any for
the purposes of rehabilitation, employment, pension, strengthening
socio-economic conditions of the victims. Unless this is done the plan
would be merely a piece paper.
Demand 9 – National Human Rights Commissions,
Scheduled Castes and Scheduled Tribe Commissions shall conduct open
hearing all over the country on cases of atrocities and on the
implementation of SCs and STs (PoA) Act. The Commissions shall ask for
the annual reports from the states and present the same before the
Parliament.
Demand 10 – The Parliament shall also debate during
the sessions on the effective implementation of the PoA Act 1989. The
Parliament shall constitute a National, State and district level
Enforcement Authority for the effective implementation of the PoA Act
1989.
Demand 11 – Ensure that the underdeveloped SC/ST habitats, habitats prone to atrocities, and habitats which are arsoned
or damaged are provided with land, adequate housing, clean water and
sanitation facilities and infrastructure facilities from SCP/TSP from
the provisions of Contingency Plan.
Demand 12 – Ensure externment of the persons likely
to commit offence under the Act in any area included in ‘Scheduled
Areas’ or ‘Tribal areas’ as referred to in Article 244 of the
Constitution.
We urge everyone to stand up and resist, protect constitutional
rights of SC/ST and participate in the protests. Who says the
act is misused? Let’s resist the regressive judgement of the Supreme
Court.

New Delhi: A US-based risk management and consulting company has put
the Rowdy Rakshasa Swayamsevak Sangh (RSS) in its category of ‘Threat Group’
and called it “a stealth, shadowy, discriminatory group that seeks to establish a hindutva cult Nation.”
Terrorism Watch & Warning provides intelligence, research, analysis,
watch and warning on international terrorism and domestic terrorism
related issues; and is operated by OODA Group LLC that helps clients
identify, manage, and respond to global risks and uncertainties while
exploring emerging opportunities and developing robust and adaptive
strategies for the future.
Although the company had included RSS in its ‘Threat Group’ in April
2014. Apart from the RSS, Terrorism Watch has
also put Naxalites, People’s Liberation Army (PLA) and Students’ Islamic
Movement of India (SIMI) among others in the category of ‘Threat
Group’.
The websites describes: “The RSS is a stealth, shadowy, discriminatory group that
seeks to establish a hindutva cult Nation
“The RSS is a hindutva cult movement, a right wing group that was
founded in 1925. Their philosophy, called hindutva, was termed fascist
by Communists, and their main demand of the central government was that
it stop appeasing Muslims,” the description continues, adding, “hindutva
has been translated to mean variously: hindu pride, patriotism,
fundamentalism, revivalism, chauvinism, or fascism. The group
self-justifies by ‘asserting the natural rights’.”
In its ‘Intel analysis,’ it further adds, “The RSS was banned in 1948
following the assassination of Mahatma Gandhi by an RSS member,
a chitpavan brahmin nathuram godse. The ban was lifted the following year. Since then, the
group has gained popularity. It later began the BJP, widely considered the political arm of the RSS, which now heads
the central government of India.”

What is the ethnic origin of Chitpavan (Konkanastha) Brahmins?
Legend:
The bene Isralies of the Kolaba district believe in a legend which says
that konkanstha bhramins and Bene Israel are decendants from a group of
14 people shipwrecked off the konkan coast.
One group converted to HInduism as the brahmins and the other remained Jewish.
Research:
“… non-recombining uniparental contributions in Chitpavan-brahmin
Mediterranean or East European type as shown by 20% (HV, U3) mtDNA
lineages and highly frequent (R1a and L) Y-haplogroups. The admixture
and PC analyses reflected genetic association of Chitpavan-brahmin with
Iranian, Ashkenazi-Jews (Turkey), Greeks (East Europe) and to some
extent with Central Asian Turkish populations elucidating their distinct
Nordic, “Scytho-Iranian” ancestry.” ———–abstract from the
research paper of Sonali Gaikwad and VK Kashyap. National DNA Analysis
Centre, Kolkata.
The observed genomic analyses has asserted the
ethnographical fact that Chitpavan-brahmin share ancestry with
conspicuously European-looking Pagan or Alpine group, who under
religious pressure had migrated from Anatolian Turkey or East Europe to
Gujarat coast probably via sea-vessel. Besides, their documented history
is untraceable beyond 1000 years, further indicating that they were not
part of the original Vedic migrations (early Indo-European) on the west
coast. Therefore, the present genome analyses conducted provides
conclusive evidence of their recent migration, genesis, and expansion
after they migrated from “Sopara” (India’s western trade zone) to
geographically isolated Konkan-region, where they adopted “Konkani”
language, and cultivated cash crop. 15% similar HVS -1 sequence motif
(M4 lineage) is observed between Chitpavan-brahmin and Bene-Israeli (or
Indian Jews).
So they could be greek decendants but chances of
them being bene israeli’s is more. Either ways all research done till
date show that they migrated from the Mediterranean or East European
region to India.
Firstly, the Bene Israeli Jewish claim they are
one of the lost tribes of the Israel and that Chitpavan Brahmins were
part of their group, but later converted into Hinduism and became
Brahmins.
Going by genetics data, Chiptavan Brahmins are foreigners because they have “European maternal genes” .
Chiptavans are foreigners.

Role in Indian politics
After the fall of the Maratha Empire in 1818, the Chitpavans lost their
political dominance to the British. The British would not subsidize the
Chitpavans on the same scale that their caste-fellow, the Peshwas, had
done in the past. Pay and power was now significantly reduced. Poorer
Chitpavan students adapted and started learning English because of
better opportunities in the British administration.
Some of the
prominent figures in the Hindu reform movements of the 19th and 20th
centuries came from the chitpavan brahmin community. These included
Dhondo Keshav Karve, Justice Mahadev Govind Ranade,[ Vinayak Damodar
Savarkar, Gopal Ganesh Agarkar, Vinoba Bhave.
Some of the
strongest resistance to change came from the very same community. The
vanguard and the old guard clashed many times. D. K. Karve was
ostracised. Even Tilak offered penance for breaking caste or religious
rules. One was for taking tea at Poona Christian mission in 1892 and the
second was going to England in 1919.
The chitpavan community
includes two major politicians in the Gandhian tradition: Gopal Krishna
Gokhale, whom Gandhi acknowledged as a preceptor, and Vinoba Bhave, one
of his outstanding disciples. Gandhi describes Bhave as the “jewel of
his disciples”, and recognised Gokhale as his political guru.
However, strong opposition to Gandhi came from the chitpavan community.
Vinayak Damodar Savarkar, the founder of the hindu political ideology
stealth, shadowy, discriminatory hindutva cult, was a chitpavan brahmin
and several other chitpavans were among the first to embrace it because
they thought it was a logical extension of the legacy of the Peshwas and
caste-fellow Tilak. These chitpavans felt out of place with the Indian
social reform movement of Phule and the mass politics of Gandhi. Large
numbers of the community looked to savarkar, the hindu mahasabha and
finally the RSS. Gandhi’s assassins, narayan apte and nathuram godse,
drew their inspiration from fringe groups in this reactionary trend.
https://www.quora.com/Can-a-Dalit-or-OBC-ever-become-head-o…
Can a SC/ST or OBC ever become head of RSS or Prime Minister?
Ms Mayawati after becoming the Chief Minister for the fourth time in
Uttar Pradesh, with her best and outstanding governance became eligible
to become the Prime Minister of this country. This was not tolerated by
the just 0.1% intolerant, cunning, crooked, number one terrorists of the
world, violent, militant, ever shooting, lynching, lunatic, mentally
retarded, rapists foreigners Paradesi from Bene Israeli chitpavan
brahmins. So they tampered the fraud EVMs and made the Murderer of
democratic institutions (Modi) to gobble the Master Key negating the
Universal Adult Franchise.
Though Ms Mayawati strived for
Sarvajan Hitaya Sarvajan Sukhaya i.e., for the happiness, welfare and
peace of all societies she was defeated just because she belonged to the
Scheduled Caste Community.
RSS policy on casteism is that they
assert that all hindutvites, chitpavan brahmins Kshatriyas, Vaishya and
Shudras are equal, just for consolidation of votes though they believe
chitpavan brahmins as 1st rate athmas (souls), the others as 2nd, 3rd,
and 4th rate souls. And the ati shudra the aboriginal inhabitants the
SC/STs as having no souls at all, so that they can inflict any atrocity
on them including not allowing them to acquire the Master Key as desired
by Dr BR ambedkar. Let alone to become the RSS chief. But the Buddha
never believed in any soul. He said all are equal. Our Marvellous and
Modern Constitution is based on Equality, Fraternity and Liberty.
Hell, supporting an organization which claims to be rooting for a
stealth, shadowy, discriminatory hindutva cult while they themselves
have held exactly zero elections, that is downright delusional.
Now look at he the List of RSS heads
K. B. Hedgewar (1925–1930. 1931–1940)
Deshastha Brahmin
Laxman Vaman Paranjpe (1930–1931)
Konkanastha Brahmin
M. S. Golwalkar (1940–1973)
Brahmin
Madhukar Dattatraya Deoras (1973–1993)
Brahmin
Rajendra Singh (1993–2000)
Upper Caste Thanks (First Non Brahmin Head)
K. S. Sudarshan (2000–2009)
Sanketi Brahmin
Mohan Bhagwat (incumbent since 21 March 2009)
Brahmin
So from 1925 to 2016 … 91 years…. Not a single lower caste RSS
Sarsanghchalak (Head)… so there is more than likely that the RSS will
remain what it has always been.
A pseudo intellectual , pseudo
activist Upper class Hindu group…. With a narrow interpretation of the
great Sanatana Dharma which denigrates other religions and tries to
impose its Upper class Hindu Supremacy opinion a a fact !!!
Only
stooges, chamchas, chelas, slaves, bootlickers and own mother’s flesh
eaters belonging the non-chitpavan bramins were, ar and will be given
top posts for their greed for money, power through votes. Now they
manage through fraud EVMs.
This country is of now of the chitpavan brahmins, by the chitpavan brahmins and for the chitpavan brahmins.
99.9% of the Sarvajan Samaj are still happy, well an secure!
They have calm, quiet, alert, attentive and an equanimity mind with a clear understanding that everything is changing.
