gift of Dhamma excels all other gifts – sabba danam dhamma danam
jinati’ - It is heartening to note that at International Buddhist
Seminary, Nagasena Buddha Vihara it was unanimously resolved for the
propagation of Dhamma Dheekhsha Program so as to gather more than 10
Lakhs deciples of Baba saheb to embrace Buddhism on 14th October 2020 at
Palace Ground.

The Conquests Of All Suffering

The Story
of the Questions Raised by Sakka (Verse 354)While residing at the
Jetavana Monastery, the Buddha spoke this verse, with reference to four
questions raised by Sakka, king of the devas.

On one occasion, at
a meeting of the devas in the TĂ vatiĂŒsa realm, four questions were
raised, but the devas failed to get the correct answers. Eventually,
Sakka took these devas to the Buddha at the Jetavana Monastery. After
explaining their difficulty, Sakka presented the following four
questions:(1) Among gifts, which is the best?(2) Among tastes, which is
the best?(3) Among delights, which is the best?(4) Why is the
eradication of craving said to be the most excellent? To these
questions, the Buddha replied, “O’ Sakka, the Dhamma is the noblest of
all gifts, the best of all tastes and the best of all delights.

Eradication
of craving leads to the attainment of arahatship and is, therefore, the
greatest of all conquests. ”At the end of the discourse, Sakka said to
the Buddha, “Venerable, if the gift of the Dhamma excels all gifts why
are we not invited to share the merit whenever gifts of the Dhamma are
made? I pray that, from now on, we may be given a share in the merit of
good deeds.” Then the Buddha asked all the monks to assemble and
exhorted them to share the merit of all their good deeds with all
beings.Since then, it has become a custom to invite all beings from the
thirty-one realms (bhumis) to come and share merit whenever a good deed
is done. Explanatory Translation (Verse 354) Hence it is high time to
invite all Monks, Nuns, Upasakas, Upasikas from all realms to come and
share whenever a good deed like the propagation of Dhamma Dheekhsha
Program so as to create Prabudha Bharat or even Prabuddha Prapanch as
there is a need for welfare, happiness and peace for all awakened
societies all over the world as decided on 27.10.2019 many Upasakas and
Upasikas of Buddha and Baba Saheb at Kushinara Nibbana Bhumi Pagoda to
co-operate along with all other Buddhists Societies.

All
Awakened Societies for their welfare, happiness and peace are aware
that The gift of Dhamma excels all other gifts for The Conquests Of All
Suffering and therefore follow that teaching of the Awakened One with
Awareness.

A
historia das preguntas plantexadas por Sakka (Verso 354) Mentres residĂ­a
no mosteiro de Jetavana, Buda falou deste verso, en referencia a catro
preguntas plantexadas por Sakka, rei dos debe.

Nunha ocasiĂłn,
nunha reuniĂłn dos devas no reino de TĂ vatiĂŒsa, plantexĂĄronse catro
preguntas, pero os de non conseguiron as respostas correctas.
Finalmente, Sakka levou estes devasas a Buda no mosteiro de Jetavana.
Despois de explicar a sĂșa dificultade, Sakka presentou as seguintes
catro preguntas: (1) Entre os agasallos, cal Ă© o mellor? (2) Entre os
gustos, cal Ă© o mellor? (3) Entre as delicias, cal Ă© a mellor? (4) Por
que? a erradicaciĂłn da ansia dixo ser a mĂĄis excelente? A estas
preguntas, Buda respondeu: “O” Sakka, o Dhamma Ă© o mĂĄis nobre de todos
os agasallos, o mellor de todos os gustos e o mellor de todas as
delicias.

A erradicaciĂłn das ansias leva ĂĄ conquista do
arahatship e Ă©, polo tanto, a maior de todas as conquistas. “Ao final do
discurso, Sakka dixo a Buda:” Venerable, se o agasallo do Dhamma
sobresae todos os agasallos, por que non se nos invita a compartir o
mérito sempre que se fagan agasallos do Dhamma? Oro para que, a partir
de agora, se nos dea parte do mĂ©rito das boas acciĂłns “. EntĂłn o Buda
pediu a todos os monxes que os reunisen e exhortounos a compartir o
mĂ©rito de todas as sĂșas boas acciĂłns con todos os seres. Desde entĂłn,
converteuse en costume de invitar a todos os seres dos trinta e un
reinos (bhumis) a vir e compartir mérito sempre que se faga unha boa
acciĂłn. TraducciĂłn explicativa (Verso 354) De aĂ­ que sexa hora de

para que veñan e compartan cada vez que unha boa acción como a

Die Eroberungen aller Leiden

Die
Geschichte der von Sakka aufgeworfenen Fragen (Vers 354) WĂ€hrend seines
Aufenthalts im Jetavana-Kloster sprach der Buddha diesen Vers unter
Bezugnahme auf vier Fragen, die von Sakka, dem König der Devas,
aufgeworfen wurden.

Einmal wurden bei einem Treffen der Devas im
TĂ vatiĂŒsa-Reich vier Fragen aufgeworfen, aber die Devas erhielten keine
richtigen Antworten. Schließlich brachte Sakka diese Devas zum Buddha im
Jetavana-Kloster. Nachdem Sakka ihre Schwierigkeiten erklÀrt hatte,
stellte er die folgenden vier Fragen: (1) Unter den Geschenken, welche
die besten sind? (2) Unter den GeschmÀcken, welche die besten sind? (3)
Unter den Freuden, welche die besten sind? (4) Warum ist Die Ausrottung
des Verlangens gilt als die beste? Auf diese Fragen antwortete der
Buddha: „O Sakka, der Dhamma ist das edelste aller Geschenke, das beste
aller GeschmÀcker und das beste aller Freuden.

Die Ausrottung des
Verlangens fĂŒhrt zur Erlangung von Arahatship und ist daher die grĂ¶ĂŸte
aller Eroberungen. Am Ende des GesprÀchs sagte Sakka zu Buddha:
„EhrwĂŒrdig, wenn die Gabe des Dhamma alle Gaben ĂŒbertrifft, warum werden
wir dann nicht aufgefordert, den Verdienst zu teilen, wenn Gaben des
Dhamma gemacht werden? Ich bete, dass wir von nun an einen Anteil am
Verdienst der guten Taten haben. “Dann bat der Buddha alle Mönche, sich
zu versammeln, und ermahnte sie, den Verdienst all ihrer guten Taten mit
allen Wesen zu teilen. Es ist zur Gewohnheit geworden, alle Wesen aus
den einunddreißig Reichen (Bhumis) einzuladen, zu kommen und Verdienste
zu teilen, wenn eine gute Tat getan wird. ErklĂ€rende Übersetzung (Vers
354) Daher ist es höchste Zeit, alle Mönche, Nonnen, Upasakas und
Upasikas aus allen Bereichen einzuladen, zu kommen und sich ĂŒber eine
gute Tat wie die Verbreitung des Dhamma Dheekhsha-Programms
auszutauschen, um Prabudha Bharat oder sogar Prabuddha Prapanch as zu
erschaffen Es besteht ein BedĂŒrfnis nach Wohlstand, GlĂŒck und Frieden
fĂŒr alle erwachten Gesellschaften auf der ganzen Welt, wie am 27.10.2019
beschlossen wurde, dass viele Upasakas und Upasikas von Buddha und Baba
Saheb in der Kushinara Nibbana Bhumi Pagode mit allen anderen
buddhistischen Gesellschaften zusammenarbeiten.

Alle Erwachten
Gesellschaften sind sich bewusst, dass die Gabe von Dhamma alle anderen
Gaben fĂŒr die Eroberungen allen Leidens ĂŒbertrifft, und folgen daher der
Lehre des Erwachten mit Bewusstsein.

sufi na Jetavana, Buddha ya faɗi wannan ayar, tare da la’akari da
tambayoyi guda huɗu da Sakka, sarkin devas ya ɗaga.

A wani
lokaci, a taron tarurruka a masarautar TĂ vatiĂŒsa, an yi tambayoyi huɗu,
amma ba a sami amsoshin daidai ba. A ƙarshe, Sakka ya ɗauki waɗannan
hanyoyin zuwa Buddha a cikin Gidan sufi na Jetavana. Bayan ya bayyana
wahalar su, Sakka ya gabatar da waɗannan tambayoyin guda huɗu: (1) A
cikin kyaututtuka, wanne ne mafi kyau? (2) A tsakanin dandani, wanne ne
mafi kyau? (3) Daga cikin nishaɗin, wanne ya fi kyau? (4) Me ya sa?
kawar da sha’awa ta ce mafi kyau duka? Ga waɗannan tambayoyin, Buddha ya
amsa, “O ‘Sakka, Dhamma shine mafificin kyautai, mafi kyawun ɗanɗano
kuma mafi kyawun abin jin daɗi.

Kawar da sha’awar sha’awa shine
take kaiwa zuwa ga samun nasara ga rayuwar rayuwa, kuma shine mafi
girman dukkan nasara. “A karshen jawabin, Sakka ya ce wa Buddha,” Mai
raɗaɗi, idan baiwar ƙarshen Abinci ta fi komai kyauta me yasa ba a
gayyace mu da rabo ba duk lokacin da aka yi kyaututtukan Haihuwar? Ina

Penghapusan nafsu keinginan mengarah pada pencapaian kesucian arahat dan, karenanya, adalah yang terbesar dari semua penaklukan. “Di akhir khotbah, Sakka berkata kepada Sang Buddha,“ Yang Mulia, jika karunia Dhamma mengungguli semua hadiah, mengapa kita tidak diundang untuk membagikan pahala ketika hadiah Dhamma dibuat? Terjemahan Penjelasan (Ayat 354) Oleh karena itu sudah saatnya untuk mengundang semua bhikkhu, bhikkhuni, Upasaka, Upasika dari semua alam untuk datang dan berbagi kapan pun perbuatan baik seperti penyebaran Program Dhamma Dheekhsha sehingga menciptakan Prabudha Bharat atau bahkan Prabuddha Prapanch sebagai ada kebutuhan akan kesejahteraan, kebahagiaan dan kedamaian untuk semua masyarakat yang bangkit di seluruh dunia seperti yang diputuskan pada 27.10.2019, banyak Upasaka dan Upasikas Buddha dan Baba Saheb di Pagoda Kushinara Nibbana Bhumi untuk bekerja sama bersama dengan semua Komunitas Buddhis lainnya.

The discourses of Buddha are
divided into 84,000, as to separate addresses. The division includes all
that was spoken by Buddha.”I received from Buddha,” said Ananda,
“82,000 Khandas, and  from the priests 2000; these are 84,000 Khandas
maintained by me.” They are divided into 275,250, as to the stanzas of
the original text, and into 361,550, as to the stanzas of the
commentary. All the discourses including both those of Buddha and those
of the commentator, are divided  into 2,547 banawaras, containing
737,000 stanzas, and 29,368,000 separate letters.
