பயணம் முடிந்து துக்கமின்றி, எல்லாவற்றிலிருந்தும் முற்றிலும் இலவசம், எல்லா உறவுகளையும் தளர்த்திய ஒருவருக்கு
உணர்ச்சிக் காய்ச்சல் காணப்படவில்லை.
புனிதர்கள் இணைக்கப்படாதவர்கள்
ஸ்வான்ஸ் தங்கள் ஏரியை விட்டு வெளியேறுவதைப் போல, கவனமுள்ளவர்கள் தங்களைத் தாங்களே முயற்சி செய்கிறார்கள், எந்த உறைவிடத்திலும் அவர்கள் மகிழ்ச்சியடைவதில்லை.
வீட்டிற்குப் பின் அவர்கள் விட்டுச் செல்கிறார்கள்.
குற்றமற்றது புனிதர்களின் இயல்பு
சேகரிக்காதவர்களுக்கும், தங்கள் உணவை நன்கு சிந்திப்பவர்களுக்கும்,
அவர்கள் பெயரற்ற மற்றும் முழுமையான சுதந்திரத்தின் வெற்றிடத்தையும் கொண்டுள்ளனர்.

அராஹத்தின் நிலையைக் கண்டுபிடிக்க முடியாது
யாருக்கு மாசுக்கள் அழிந்து போகின்றனவோ, எந்த உணவிலும் சேரவில்லையோ, அவருக்குப் பெயரற்ற மற்றும் பூரண சுதந்திரத்தின் வெற்றிடமும் உள்ளது.

பூமியைப் போல, நன்னடத்தை, பாதுகாப்பான மற்றும் கோபமில்லாத ஒருவன், நகரப் பதவி, அசுத்தமில்லாத ஏரி, இப்படி இருப்பவனுக்கு அலைச்சல் இல்லை.
புனிதர்களின் அமைதி
அவனது மனமும் அமைதியும் அவனது பேச்சும் செயல்களும் அமைதியானவை, சுதந்திர அறிவில் பரிபூரணமானவை,
ஒன்று மிகவும் அமைதியானது.
உன்னதமானவர்கள் கறையற்றவர்கள்
எந்த நம்பிக்கையும் இல்லாமல், அறியப்படாதது, கடைசியில் துண்டிக்கப்பட்ட கட்டுகளுடன்,
கம்மாக்கள் வெட்டப்பட்ட மற்றும் ஏங்கிக் கொட்டகையுடன், மனிதகுலத்தின் உயரத்தை எட்டியது.
கறையற்றவர்களின் வசிப்பிடம் கவர்ச்சியானது
ஊரில் இருந்தாலும் சரி, காட்டில் இருந்தாலும் சரி,
பள்ளத்தாக்கில் இருந்தாலும், மலையில் இருந்தாலும்,
அராஹத்துகள் எங்கு வசிக்கிறார்களோ, அங்கே பூமியை மகிழ்விக்கிறார்கள்.
காடுகளில் உணர்ச்சியற்ற மகிழ்ச்சி
காடுகள் மகிழ்ச்சிகரமானவை
மக்கள் மகிழ்ச்சியடையாத இடத்தில்
அங்கு உணர்ச்சியற்ற மகிழ்ச்சி, அவர்கள் இன்பத்தைத் தேடுபவர்கள் அல்ல.

ஆயிரம் உரைகள் மூலம் அர்த்தமற்ற வரிகளை உருவாக்குங்கள், அர்த்தமுள்ள ஒற்றை வரி சிறப்பாக இருக்கும்
ஒருவர் கேட்கிறார், பிறகு அமைதி அடைகிறார்.
ஒரு பயனுள்ள வசனம் ஆயிரம் பயனற்ற வசனங்களை விட சிறந்தது
ஆயிரம் வசனங்கள் அர்த்தமற்ற வரிகளால் ஆனது
ஒருவர் கேட்கும் வசனத்தின் ஒற்றை வரி சிறப்பாக இருக்கும், பிறகு அமைதியாகிவிடும்.
ஒரு தம்மம்-வார்த்தை உன்னதமானது
அர்த்தமற்ற வரிகளால் ஆன ஆயிரம் வசனங்கள் பாடினாலும்,
ஒருவர் கேட்கும் ஒரே ஒரு தம்ம வரி சிறப்பாக இருக்கும், பிறகு அமைதியாகிவிடும்.
சுய வெற்றியே மிக உயர்ந்த வெற்றி
போரில் ஆயிரம் முறை ஆயிரம் வெற்றி பெற்றாலும், தன்னைத்தானே வெல்ல வேண்டும்
ஒருவர் மிகப்பெரிய வெற்றியாளர்.
தன் மீதான வெற்றி சமமற்றது
மற்றவர்களை அடிபணிய வைப்பதை விட, தன்னைத்தானே வெல்வது பெரியது, எப்போதும் தன்னடக்கத்துடன் இருப்பவன்,
தன்னை அடக்கிக் கொண்டவர்.
சுயத்தின் மீதான வெற்றியை ரத்து செய்ய முடியாது
தேவாவோ, தெய்வீக சக்தியோ, மாராவோ பிரம்மாவுடன் சேர்ந்து வெற்றியை வீழ்த்த முடியாது.
இது போன்ற ஒருவரின்.
மிகப் பெரிய பிரசாதம்
மாதம் மாதம் நூறு ஆண்டுகள் ஆயிரம் பேர் தியாகம் செய்யலாம்.
ஆனால் ஒரு கணம் மட்டுமே சுயமாக வளர்ந்தவர்களை மதிக்க முடியும் என்றால், அத்தகைய மரியாதை ஒரு நூற்றாண்டு தியாகத்தை விட சிறப்பாக இருந்தது.
ஒரு அராஹத்தின் சுருக்கமான வழிபாடு கூட பலனளிக்கும்
ஒருவன் நூறு வருடங்கள் காடுகளின் புனித நெருப்பை காத்துக்கொண்டிருக்கலாம், ஆனால் ஒரு கணம் மட்டுமே சுயமாக வளர்ந்தவர்களை மதிக்க முடியும்.
இத்தகைய மரியாதை பல நூற்றாண்டுகளாக தியாகம் செய்ததை விட சிறப்பாக இருந்தது.
மாசற்ற நபரை வணங்குவது உன்னதமானது
எந்த ஒரு தகுதியை தேடுகிறாரோ, அது ஒரு வருடம் தியாகம் செய்ய வேண்டும், அனைத்தும் கால் பங்கிற்கு வராது
உன்னதத்தை கௌரவிப்பது.
வணக்க வழிபாடுகள் நான்கு நன்மைகளை அளிக்கின்றன
மரியாதைக்குரிய இயல்புடைய ஒருவருக்கு, பெரியவர்கள், நீண்ட ஆயுளும் அழகும், மகிழ்ச்சியும் வலிமையும்,
இந்த குணங்கள் அதிகரிக்கும்.

போதனையை அறிந்தவரின் வாழ்க்கை உன்னதமானது
