1. Is the freedom of man or the freedom of the land?
In
his fierce argument with Gandhi, Dr. Babasaheb Ambedkar raised an
important question: Can the freedom of the land be prioritized than the
freedom of man?
This is the question that all Indians should
reflect again and again. In any debate on freedom, the freedom of the
people must be the central theme. The “discourse of freedom” misleads
from “foreigners”, but it is only “the struggle for freedom”, which is
very emphasized, which is directly against the “struggle for the freedom
of men and women.”
All the men and women of Dr. Babasaheb Ambedkar are the struggle for freedom, the basic and essential struggle for freedom.
From
this point of view of independence, Dr. Babasaheb Ambedkar attacked
British Raj and its policies and even the Congress Raj and its
Brahmin-Pania politics.
From this position, the struggle for the
independence of the land is exactly called to change power from the
British to those born in India, but it does not need to be free to be
free of India.
2. The Constitution of India is the pride of the
creation of freedom for all Indians from all that has enslaved human
beings. The defeat of all slavery, such as Manusmriti, has created a
system of constitutional freedom and the mechanism for the alleviation
of slavery.
The Constitution is established as a state based on
freedom (independence, independence, equality and equality (ensuring
equality and equality), brotherhood (riots and atrocities) and preserves
the only basic duty of the state. In short, justice defines India in
all and all forms.
This takes us to another deep definition of
freedom attached to Dr. Babasaheb Ambedkar’s project (India). The
government must ensure liberation from hunger and needs from its needs.
This
“Freedom from X” structure can be extended to anything that enslaves a
man. X can be exploitative structures such as caste, communalism,
patriarchy, language dependence, regional dependence, and anything that
controls a man.
3. Freedom is the third important dimension of
freedom in the project of Dr. Babasaheb Ambedkar as a world of human
beings and the environment (the world). He defined it as the ability of
men to understand the basic processes that create different structures.
It is traditionally and scientifically called the “cause and effect”
theory. In other words, freedom is a dynamic involvement with the world
of mind, humans and everything around us.
Why is this engagement
an important aspect of freedom? A man becomes human through a
relationship with other human beings. Later, mental freedom involves
striving for the freedom of all minds. Thus, in the Mental Freedom
Program, the center is meta, and one of its many aspects can be defined
as respect and respect for a fellow human being.
